A: We do not use cheap, paper-thin synthetic blanks. Every ARCH piece is crafted from premium, ultra-heavyweight cotton (up to 10 oz/yd² for hoodies and 7.5 oz/yd² for tees) and detailed with precision metallic embroidery. You are paying for heavy substance, longevity, and high-end design.

Q: How can I ensure the embroidery doesn't get ruined?

A: Our industrial embroidery is designed to last a lifetime. However, washing the garment inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and keeping hot irons away from the threads will keep the rose gold finish looking pristine indefinitely.

Q: Where are my orders shipped from?

A: To guarantee the fastest possible delivery, ARCH utilizes a network of premium, state-of-the-art fulfillment facilities worldwide. Your order is automatically routed to and crafted at the facility closest to your geographic location.

Q: Do you charge more for plus sizes?

A: No. At ARCH, we believe in a seamless, inclusive luxury experience. The retail price remains identical across all sizes from Small to 3XL.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
